REFUNDS:  We do not offer refunds on any of our training classes but you may reschedule if you notify us with-in 72-hours of class start date, which is by 8AM the Friday before class. When you book the class, you must pre-pay here on this site and you do so, knowing that your spot in the class is reserved. 

Class size is limited so when you do not show up for your reserved spot, you are taking a spot from another student.  In the case of an Emergency or Illness a Doctor's excuse will be required to reschedule.

RESCHEDULING:  You will  be able to reschedule your class one time in the next 30 days with no additional fees as long as you reschedule your class within 72-hours of your class start time by calling (888)822-2948.  If you do not notify us in advance that you will not be attending your scheduled class, you will be marked a "No-Call/No-Show" and you will be removed from the class.  You, as an adult, are responsible for getting to class on time.  If you can not be on-time, you might not be suited for the Security Industry.
