'D' & 'G' Combo Class w/ $15 Discount

Service Description

To become a Security Officer in Florida, you must take the 42-hour 'D' Security Officer course. To carry a firearm as a Security Officer, you must also take the 28-hour 'G' Course. The 'G' course is also required for Private Investigators, Private Investigations Interns and Security Managers who want to carry a firearm while performing their duties. PSG is the only school in Tampa Bay that offers a discount when you take both classes. If you sign up for this option, you will attend the 'D' class Mon-Thurs one week, then the 'G' Class the next week from Mon-Weds. All classroom sessions are conducted at our Zephyrhills location and start at 0730 and end at 1800. The Range portion of the G class is held on Weds at the Wyoming Antelope Club in Pinellas Park and showtime is at 0745. Call us if you have any questions. You can take the 'G' class first and then the 'D' class the following week but you can not submit your 'G' license paperwork to the Department of Agriculture until you also attend the 'D' class as the 'G' is a companion license to the 'D' license so you must submit both at the same time.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds given for No Show Cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancelations within 72 hours of start of class. You may reschedule for the next class but there are no refunds given after rescheduling.
